Cottage Kitchen news: Our kitchen has been approved by the County Agriculture department. We will be launching a cookie pop up for the 4th of July holiday.
Also partnering with local northern Utah farmers to create delicious local fruit based dessert, like tart cherry hand pies and apricot crostatas. Garden progress:
This year we acquired a small plot of land to begin our medicinal herb garden. Our intention is to regenerate this spot of land and grow culinary and medicinal herbs.
In the future I hope to support local food pantries with extra produce, supply local herbalists with herbal products grown without pesticides and with tons of love!
One step at a time on this great journey. This spring we have been super busy. Started all our plants from seed in early April.
